Three men convicted of involvement in the Kunming knife attack have been executed, a China court says.
The men, Iskandar Ehet, Turgun Tohtunyaz and Hasayn Muhammad were found guilty in September 2014 of murder and terrorism acts.
The Kunming knife station attack in March 2014, left 31 people dead and more than 140 injured. Authorities blamed the attack on Muslim extremists from Xinjang, next to Central Asia.
The three men were executed on Tuesday morning, the Kunming City Intermediate People’s Court said.
Four of the assailants were shot dead by the police during the attack while one woman has been sentenced to life in prison.
