Frequent renovation of facilities is key to success in the hospitality industry. To upgrade its facilities and offer greater services to its teeming patrons, the management of Ostra Halls and Hotel, Alausa Ikeja, Lagos, has given its rooms, halls and restaurant uplift.
The renovation, which is worth several millions of naira, has raised the bar of competition among other hotels within the location.
Babatunde Ale, general manager of the hotel, explained that the hotel has raised its services to the best of international standards in terms of facilities in its 200 rooms and quality of service rendered to its customers.
He explained that the management was committed to both existing and potential customers because the hotel is among the top 10 fastest growing brand in the area.
He stressed that the hotel saw the need to expand in order to satisfy its teeming customers because they are the forces behind the brand’s success. “That is why we have invested immensely on expansion, facilities and human capital. We will soon have more rooms with international standard,” he noted.
Founded in 2003, Ostra Halls and Hotel is strategically located in the heart of the state capital. “My mandate is to build a well-structured hotel that targets growth opportunities in the state capital because of the huge presence of businesses in the area. As a big brand we are always looking to invest in expansion that have growth potential for the hotel and the entire Ikeja will be our focus,” he said.
