Gridlock as Commercial Bus Catches fire on Lagos/Ibadan Road

Both private and commercial drivers and passengers were scampering for safety when a commercial bus caught fire on the long bridge on the Lagos/Ibadan expressway on Monday, May 20, 2021at 6:35pm. All left their vehicles to save their lives. Some jumped into the other side of the bridge while others jumped into the Mikano side of the bridge. A source said no live was lost as all passengers escaped death.

It caused a gridlock for a while before motorists found a little space to drive through. No road safety or TRACE official on ground to control the situation.
