Naija Twitter no dey ever disappoint. What started as small cruise yesterday has now turned into one of the biggest online gbas gbos of the year, as Web3 kingpin Salako has officially sued NiDCOM chairperson, Hon. Abike Dabiri-Erewa.

Here’s how the vawlence started: Salako went back in time to June 2024, dug up one of Madam Abike’s old tweets, and quoted it with, “Good evening Madam, advocate for naming and shaming.” To spice things up, he dropped four screenshots—accusing her of profiling Nigerians in Indonesia as cultists and drug barons.

Omo, that was all Twitter needed. The TL exploded. Quotes upon quotes, drags upon drags, the screenshots turned into rocket fuel and Madam Abike was at the center of it all.

Sensing the heat, she quickly deleted the tweet and blocked Salako. But bros no gree. He came back with: “I dey diaspora, and the Chairman of all of us wey dey diaspora don block me. Chai.”

That single line sparked another round of vawlence, with memes flying and the dragging committee working overtime. While some bashed her, supporters like Delano and Dr. Dipo jumped to her defense, praising her achievements and brushing off the “propaganda.”

Just when everybody thought the gbas gbos had died down, Salako shocked the TL—he filed a lawsuit against Madam Abike for blocking him. Yes, you read that right. From Twitter drags to court papers.

Now, in the middle of the chaos, Salako is even begging Nigerians to help him beg Madam Abike to unblock him, so he won’t remain, in his words, “stranded in the wilderness.”

From timeline cruise to real-life wahala, this gist just upgraded, and Naija Twitter is still buzzing over who go win this battle.
