Babajide Sanwo-Olu, candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC has been declared winner of the March 9, 2019 governorship election in Lagos State. He has been declared winner of the election after defeating his closest rival Jimi Agbaje of the Peoples Democratic Party. PDP.
Agbaje had called to congratulate the governor-elect before the official declaration was made by the returning officer.
