Femi Gbajabiamila, representing Lagos Federal Constituency, performed his Civic duty at his Surulere ward inside Elizabeth Fowler primary school, Surulere, with a thumb up for the impressive turn out at his polling and for the peaceful and orderly conduct of the election.
Although polling at the did not start on time, especially with the delayed process by the INEC staff, Gbajabiamila stated that such inadequacies are expected as there is no perfect situation. He added that we, as a nation, would strive to improve from time to time.
Hon. Desmond Elliot, representing a Surulere constituency in the Lagos State House of Assembly was not pleased with the delay by the INEC officials as they arrived late for the voting process.
He, however, appreciated the fact that logistics problem would have affected the officials.
He was pleased with the peaceful conduct of the election save for the disturbing attitude of the miscreants called ‘area boys’. Hon.
