The stage is set for Nigeria’s representative, Anita Ukah’s Head To Head challenge, which is the first round in the Miss World 2018 contest.
Anita was drawn in group five and will be going head against Canada, Gibraltar, Dominican Republic, Scotland, and Jamaica. For the challenge, each contestant has prepared an introduction after which they will be asked a final question.
For the final question, they will be asked to talk about the greatest obstacle they’ve had to overcome in their life and what they learnt from it.
The Head To Head Challenge was introduced so that all the contestants could get a fair shot at proving themselves worthy of being in the Top 40. This whole round lasts for a week, and is broadcast live.
The 68th edition of the Miss World 2018, will take place in Sanya, China on December 8, 2018. 120 Contestants from all over the world will compete for the crown in this year’s edition. Manushi Chhilla of India will crown her successor at theof the event.
