Adebayo Alao-Akala, former governor of Oyo State is dead. Reports say he died early Tuesday morning in Ogbomoso, his home town.
He was said to have participated in some meetings some hours before his demise, and was expected to travel out of the state for some other engagement.
Alao-Akala was deputy governor to Rasheed Ladoja before the former was removed, illegally, from office.
